Savdav waterfalls is a monsoon wonder. It is a popular picnic spot during the monsoons. Hundreds of visitors can be seen enjoying the beautiful waterfalls. Here the monsoon stream plunges down about 40 Feet over rocks. Milky streams of waterfall roaring is a sight to watch. Reportedly safe to stand below the waterfall and experience the plunging water. Further down the stream does not seem to be deep, as several people could be seen swimming, diving and relishing the moments.
Savdav waterfalls is about 10 KM from Kankavali town of Sindhudurg district. About 6 KM detour from NH 66 (formerly NH 17) road between Goa to Mumbai, that runs along the western ghats on the Konkan.
